Akin to « Plato’s cave » to see through and beyond the surface and delusive appearances of things, I attempt to express a deeper and more intense reality through a non-realistic drawing and colours that render transposed forms. This way of viewing things as well as the way I work pervade all my paintings. I am therefore a spiritualist, miles away from academic art and I forge a style. »
